I’m thrilled to announce my new venture – Spark Strategies. I’m hoping it will help turn the campaign world on its head.
Spark is a different kind of agency. We’re about data-informed campaigning, helping organizations rethink their strategic approach, and building campaigns that make change happen.
By combining strategic planning, data-driven insights, and mission-focussed creative content, the team at Spark helps unions, governments, non-profits, and companies define their goals, measure their progress – and win.
A little about me
Before founding Spark, I spent a decade in the labour movement, electoral politics, and building a creative agency. In the process, I helped multiple organizations completely rethink the way they did digital; I set national online fundraising records; and I produced award-winning campaign ads.
Rules to live by
At Spark, we have a few rules that we work to live by:
- Aim close, miss close. You’ll never achieve more than your goal, so set lofty goals. Put another way, we work with clients who want to do big things.
- Break down silos. Working collaboratively is core to who we are. The best work happens when you work cooperatively and break down internal barriers – and that’s something we’re committed to helping our clients do.
- Prioritize diversity. We’re committed to diversity on our team – and are constantly working to recruit and train amazing leaders from underrepresented communities.
- Push the limits. Change rarely happens when you play it safe. We’re big believers in innovation and always trying new things.
